Inspection and Traceability Infrastructure
- Shop-floor measurements with surface roughness testers (Ra), digital height gauges, micrometers and precision gauge sets.
From sample approval to shipment
- T1 Sample Approval Process
- First-shot samples are presented with a detailed Dimensional Inspection Report and process sheet. After any necessary optimization, series production approval is obtained with the T2 sample.
- Lot Traceability
- Every batch ships with its own lot label, traceable back to the part code, production date, machine, mold and raw material lot number.
- Calibration Management
- The calibration status of all our measuring and test equipment is tracked per instrument by label.
