Using customer-approved sample parameters, we run contract molding and series production in Tekirdağ, Türkiye, to traceability standards and in flexible batch sizes.
Standardized Processes
We record the ideal process settings set during sample approval (FAI) digitally and apply the same standards at every stage of series production.
Tight Process Control
Throughout production, resin drying levels, mold conditioning temperatures and part weights are continuously monitored and recorded.
Technical and Engineering Plastics
Besides standard materials such as PP and ABS, we also process engineering plastics such as PA6, PA66, PBT and PC.
